St. Andrew Daily Missal
This Hardback Missal for Traditional Latin (Tridentine) Mass is probably the most complete traditional hand missal in print. Not only does it include many masses not easily available (for example, it has a complete Benedictine Supplement), the St. Andrew missal contains brilliant commentary by Dom Gaspar Lefebvre, OSB (1880-1966). It contains in full the texts of the Mass in Latin and English throughout, as well as vespers for Sundays and Feasts, festal Compline, and a Kyriale (in modern musical notation). This excellent, easy-to-follow missal also has a special section devoted to the Sacraments (in English with Latin along side).
Hardbound with gold lettering, red-edged pages, five coloured ribbon markers. This is a reprinting of the 1945 edition which also means that it has the pre-1955 Holy Week rites. The reproduction quality is good, however as far as hand missals go, the text is on the smaller side. For a crisper printing and larger text, see this hand missal.
Note: The Rite of Baptism contained in this missal is somewhat incomplete in that many of the long prayers of the Rite are only provided in a summarized English version.
