Refund policy

Damaged items, Replacements, and Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of the items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We ordinarily will replace damaged items, but may require photographs of the damage. We always forward on items inadvertently left out of an order, and if an incorrect item was sent, we will normally send the correct item without requesting a return of the mistaken item. However, in some cases, we may require that a miss-sent item be returned.

All customer initiated returns will be at the customer's expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will evaluate the refunds as indicated below.


If an item is returned with a refund request, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is in new condition, we will give a full refund, otherwise partial as determined by our stocking department. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that shipping charges are never refunded for customer initiated returns. We usually prefer to replace an item free of charge than accept a return and give a full refund. 

All refunds are subject to a case by case evaluation by our refunds department, and the above should only be taken as indicative of our normal procedures.
